Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in resalable condition and free of damage. This means that the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when received, with all original packaging and tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at perfumelabqtr@gmail.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We also recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged return packages.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the above criteria, we will process the refund for the purchase price. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
